We have our license install in our 2012 window server. Why do we have problem with NX license when we loose the connection to internet?

There is command in design tools of progressive die wizard called wire EDM start holes.It generates the sketch of circles for start hole for CAM application.
My question is: Can it be automatically added into the reference set that we call CNC-EDM reference set.(I mean just this sketch)...
Please help.I have an assembly step file that I want to bring it into NX10. But all I have is the whole bunch of dumb solid bodies.
