I have a seam crack in the middle of my material in x-axis direction. I am applying a compressive load in y at the center. I want the top surface of the crack to bend with the bottom surface without using interaction since it doesn't give me the required result. can anyone tell me what mistake...
In Abaqus CAE when I am modeling my top surface of the crack doesn't bend with the bottom surface of the crack, it interpenetrates with each other how to fix it. I can put constraints between the surfaces but that doesn't give me the right results. I am modeling delamination in composite material.
