Does anyone have experience for chemical Acid cleaning in Air cooled condenser inside tube.
Tube thickness is very thin(mild carbon steel(ASTM A618), 1.6mm) where to welded with Tube sheet. So I'm concerned about effect on tube failure after Acid cleaning.

Demiwater pump have 8m of suction head below storage tank, and pump discharge head is of 80m, in this case, is this suction head(8m) have to be included in a total head calculation of pump as to 88m.

Ar there any recommendation for how to reduce noise of roots blower, in there too much noise during pre-commensioning test in Coal power plant. Are there another type of blower noise is less than roots type.

Currently, we are now in a pre-commissioning test for Demi-water piping at Power Plant alongwith 8 bar operation pressure of Demi-water pump (Transfering water from Demi-Tank), this piping include restruction orifice at the middle of recirculation pipe from discharging to Demi-Tank...

2) Min. flow : 200m^3/hr
3) Discharge Head : 240 bar
4) Centrifugal Type and 8 Stage
5) NHSPr : 8m
6) NPSHa : 16m
7) Test water temperature : 20 oC
8) Operation water temperature : 170 oC...
