    Dear readers, is it possible to extract a sketch out of a section view in solid edge, and if so, how can I do it? For instance, I constructed a complex heatsink and I place a section view, not in the middle, but part ways. Is it possible to copy paste the visible contours in that section view?

    sketch in part won't turn black

    Dear readers, when I make a new sketch in a solid edge part, the sketch won't turn black when I fully define it. Even when I open other parts, their sketches are also blue, even when they were already black. So I presume it's a problem with the general settings? This problem is very irritating...
