we have to weld a carbon steel (SA-333 Gr. 6 with P-No. 1) for low temperature piping acc. to B31.3 with a filler metal (A5.18:ER 70S-6) which has F-No. 6 and A-No. 1.
Usually we use A106 for "normal" temperatures with the same P-No. but with a filler metal with has A-No. 2. We do not...

B31.3 (para. 344.2.2) says that records of individual visual examinations are not required , except for those of in-process examination as specified in para. 344.7. So i have to record all points in 344.7 any time? For example the condition of the weld between every pass?
