I have some 8.8 10mm metric bolts that will experience load in tension. Rated at 830mpa but I am thinking I should be more concerned with thread pullout then tensile. I Could not purchase 10.9 bolts so was wondering if these would work and what the calculation would be for the thread pullout.
Can you guys tell me how to figure out this wiring problem. Only one bar is disconnected. All others have continuity but I have 3 loose wires. 2 have continuity to each other only, the other has continuity to all the bars. How di I wire this back up?
Did they revise this section about parking garages drastically? It just references atmospheres now. Where in the nfpa 101 does it talk about parking garage design using natural atmosphere.

Working on a new hotel at work and noticed that there are alot of rooms and corridors that are rated. 1hr, 2hr, 20-45-90 min doors. So hotels have to be sprinkled right, well at least the rooms so if the whole building was sprinkled you would not need rated rooms anywhere, right?
