A customer is wanting me to manufacture some Fasteners out of Zinc. I first thought they meant they wanted zinc plated Fasteners but after discussing it with their engineers the customer came back and confirmed the wanted Fasteners made from zinc.

API 20E BSL-3 states you can not use continuous cast steel. Looking at my historical 4140 MTRs all of it was made by means of continuous cast. I do not know my other options, or where to get material casted by other means. Any suggestions?
Starting to dig into 20E. I do not believe I am picking up on everything required by me (the Manufacturer) under BSL-3.
