Please find the attachment and please provide your suggestion, whether the flange faces can be repaired by welding + in-situ machining or whether the flanges need to be replaced completely.

For a ASME U stamp Pressure vessel can i know list of documents required.
( Example : WPS&PQR, WQT, Mill certificates, Procedures etc)
Is this all documents compulsory, Please specify the code mentioned.

Hi please guide me how many times can roll a same plate?
Shell thickness : 12.7mm
Shell ID : 500mm
If ASME states about the times of rolling. Please provide the code.
When i was reviewing a AWS D1.1 WPS/PQR the test coupon is a plate 25mm.
But the range mentioned is 25mm to Unlimited. But when i refer code book 2000 in that it was 1/8 - Unlimited.
Please guide me in any new version they changed the range.
As per ASME sec IX. our Sub contractor gave a WPS to review.
The test piece thickness is 5mm.
But the Thickness range mentioned is 3-10mm.
Please guide me whether it is correct.
