Yea.. I was cutting some composite wood and needed the trace off but between each cut I had to lower it back to the material.. anybody know of a setting to stop that? synergy1

We got our laser repaired recently and now all my etching has gone to pot. IVe tried all the adjustments i know. Duty, Freq, Power, Feed etc. Im running a 4000w Amada fo3015. Does anyone else here have etching conditions they can post. we mostly cut GNL and P&O steel. thanks
We keep getting this alarm. I finally pulled the b axis motor and it seems very stiff to turn by hand. its a Fanuc A06B-0115-B103. Does anyone know if that is normal?

It cuts great except when traveling Positive in the Y direction. Changed nozzles, Lens, Air filter, air pressure, speed, focus etc. Any ideas? We just had our tubes redone and new bellows installed also.
