    Please see the inserted image of a small 3-phase motor name plate: I do not understand what the R1, R2, X1, X2, XM terms mean. It seems like the R1, R2 are the number of ohms I should see if I measure from phase lead to phase lead (while disconnected from power source, of course). However...
