    Do Diesel Fuel Oil Storage tanks for Emergency DGs need be built to ASME BPVC III?

    The diesel fuel oil storage tanks are Class 1 SSC, there is confusion now that ASME BPVS Section III (specifically NB) shall apply. This is an atmospheric tank, can the safety requirements be satisfied if tank is built to API 650?
