Separation of components in epoxy resins degassing

Hi. Is that true the degassing an epoxy resin mixed with anhydride hardener may cause any sort of separation (molecular level???) that will affect the quality of the polymer? This is what I heard but the source is not reliable.

Optimum pressure for degassing epoxy resins

Is there any recommended vacuum pressure for best performance degassing of epoxy resins? What pressure is too much and why? What is minimum pressure?

Resin/Hardener Air Absorption and Storing under Vacuum

I have couple of questions with regards to degassing/storing the epoxy resin (toughened) and hardener (anhydride). 1. Is the any harm to both of the above if I keep them in separated vacuum chambers, isolated and under vacuum pressure instead of original container in the room temperature and...

Static Mixer - Introducing Air Bubbles

I want to use a static mixer nozzle to mix hardener with an epoxy resin that both are formerly degassed in separate containers. The question is that is the mixing in the nozzle going to introduce air into the polymer mix and all degassing process done will become pointless? It is well known...
