Have been struggling for months to get a quote for a number of Greylock "compact flanges" for a high pressure duplex line in 20NB and 40NB. I'm making this post to see if anyone knows of a supplier anywhere in the world that can provide similar flanges to suit the below;

Does anyone know of a pressure vessel designer and fabricator that could coil 40NB SCH160 S31803 pipe to ~Ø500?
(And delivery to New Zealand)
Also looking for general advice on whether or not such a tight coil on that pipe size is even possible.
Is it acceptable to use either an RJT hygienic union or a hygienic ferrule on the nozzle of a ASME VIII vessel whose connecting pipe work consists of the same unions/ferrules?
If no, why? And if yes, what requirements must they meet?
ASME B31.3 is being used for the design of the pipe work...
