I would like to check with you is there any sizing calculation available for air vents (at top of sprinkler riser).
I have checked NFPA13 and couldn't find anything other than 15mm size mentioned for manual air vents.
Would it be possible to get your valuable advise?

Most of the manufactures literature shows that photoelectric detectors installed for maximum area coverage of 250 ft² (23.2 m²) per detector.
Any idea where does the 250 ft² (23.2 m²) come from?
NFPA-13-2019, Section 16.9.8.5 states that: Means shall be provided downstream of all pressure reducing valve for flow test at sprinkler system demand.
However, there is no further information available on how it can be accomplished. Kindly share your thoughts on this.
