Do any of you know of a software where you can model some kind of 3D model of a watertube boiler and track repairs, replacements, inspections, etc that are made? Currently doing this with spreadsheets and looking for a better option.

I have a question regarding lamination in a pipeline designed as per CSA Z662-15. I cannot find any reference to it in section 10 regarding imperfections.
The lamination in question was found during a recent UT inspection.
