can somebody please help me here. What does it mean " A permissive to start lube oil pumps ".Actually I am working with seal gas system and this logic is on pressure differential transmitter (PDT) for both at the inlet and out of the compressor barrier gas.

I have a scenario in which seal gas is taken from 3rd impeller of centrifugal compressor. There are no pressure or temperature measurement on this take off. So if I need to find out the seal gas process conditions how should I calculate it.
