Was wondering your thoughts on what these numbers with the attached layout would physically do to the structural slab? It's residential loading on that level with a bearing wall above.

I'm looking to do a calculation for a double angle column that is buckling. I know it's because of the eccentricity but all design examples lead me to a concentric approach.

I'm wondering if there is some reason why to reduce the shear capacity of bolts when connecting the webs of a steel truss together? Some minor eccentricity but any major reduction in a 2 bolt capacity, 3 bolt etc?
