Bolt radius considered in stack up

Hello On a bolt there is usually a radius from the head of the bolt to the shank of the bolt. Sometimes this is compensated for by adding a chamfer to the bolt hole. Would this be considered in the stack up. Making the hole larger if the bolt radius will interfere with the edge on the bolt hole?

    Run out on datums

Hello, I was wondering why it is necessary to put a runout with a dual datum on the datum ends? There is a round part with two datum diameters on each end "A" and "B". The middle diameter is controlled by a runout .010|A-B|. Why is it necessary to put a control box runout.005|A-B| on each of...

Does true position to one surface measure the distance between two holes

Hello On a steel plate where datum -A- is a flat surface not an edge. There are two holes drilled into the plate that are 1.000" diameter +/- .025. If the true position calls out |TP|dia .025 MMC| A| pointing at one hole but stating "2 Holes", will the distance between the holes be checked...

I was wondering how this would be interpreted. Would the extent of the toleranced dimensions be used to define the location...
