The neutral (star point) is not connected to the ground.
What should I do to connect the neutral to the ground??

Dear all I have an issue in excitation system
The problem is when ever the unit gets shutdown over external fault The AVR card get burned (Flash out) but on normal shutdown the card works properly.
What may be the possible resions for this?

The problem is it works only in grid mood (sinks only with already energised line from other station e:g only when the bus pt is energized)
How ever when I switch off the grid line and want to run it over isolation mood...
