Can anyone tell me where to find instructions on how to perform an API 653 survey settlement? I would like information on setting up the laser instrument at different location around the tank and how to perform the calculations with information obtained.
I'm having trouble with the t-min calculation for an above ground storage tank.
I followed instructions in API 653, but the final answer does not look correct, see below.
