Has anyone in this past century... applied 120v across 12kv rated individual capacitors, and measured the current?
Engineer wants us to do that, in addition to checking capacitance using our Capacitance Meter.

Need to temporarily repair a porcelain bushing skirt, until new is received.
Over the years I have used different "epoxy style" products to accomplisj this, but all have been out of date and thrown away.
Can anyone recommend a current product sold in the U.S.?

Does NERC specify performance or interval maintenance guidelines for Distribution class current and voltage transformers?
I have done quite a bit of searching in the NERC documents, and can not find this.

Have approximately 500 gallons of new transformer oil, shipped as extra for a new transformer, that was mistakenly left in the sun for 1 year. ( Think mild California weather)
Need to top off one older transformer after leak is fixed. Old transformer is conservator style.
