    Does UCL apply to cladding on tubesheet?

    Hi, I have a question about the scope of ASME UCL. For a stainless steel STHE made with SA-240 304L on both sides, using an SA-965 F304L tubesheet with a corrosion-resistant cladding, and no welding to the cladding.
