I am not familiar with plug fans , Do plug fans have maintenence issues compared to the centrifugal fans ( belt driven fans )
I know that plug fans have less malfunctions , but in case of malfunctions happened (motor burnout , bearing wear , hub wear , etc ) is it easy to repair...

I have recognized in AHU cooling coil selection that as the sensible heat ratio value increases the number of rows in a cooling coil increase.
It does not make any sense for me , as i see higher sensible heat ratio means less latent heat value.
So why the coil have more rows when SHR...

In the constant volume chilled water system , why it's essential to add 3 way valve with bypass on each coil instead of coils without any valves except the balancing valve to ensure that every coil will take the flow needed ?
I dont see any advantage of using this 3 way valves and...
Why does the crankcase of the compressor is the lowest pressure part in the refrigerant cycle ?
So that refrigerant migrates to it when the system is off.

Does water stops evaporation process when it's temperatue is equal to the wet bulb temperature of the ambient air ?
If it doesn't,Why the water temperature does not drop less than the wet bulb temperature ?

I want to know if there is a water cooled chiller which can be placed outdoor in a cruel industrial enviroment.. most of the manufacturers i have seen dont have this option and cannot provide any treatments for water cooled chiller to be located outdoor.
So if anyone have seen this feature...
