Good morning all, I am working at a Copper Concentrator plant in the DRC, we have constant power outages or fluctuations from the bulk supplier SNEL.
We have 4 x 7MW mills that we want to run for about 300sec after a power failure. We have WEG transformers, WEG VSD's and WEG motors on the mills...
We have a high rate of failures on 150mm Peristaltic pump hoses, we are pumping Cupper concentrate with a 1.85SG.
Is there maybe somebody that have experience on these pumps, if so I would like to discuss and share more information.
I have 690Vac MCC and must do earth leakage tests in the DRC, the standard test equipment can only do 550Vac phase to phase.
Is there any body with the same voltage? and that possibly assist.
