The 2019 edition of NFPA 13 reorganized the same info and put it in section 4.5.1.

The reference for this question can be found in IBC 406.4.2. This section of the code outlines the requirements for vehicle barriers in parking garages. Barriers are required where the parking space to the ground is greater than 1 foot.
