A client of mine transports 2 diesel oil underground (yikes!) from their bunkering facility to a peak shaving power plant located in the town. The line is 14 miles long and is a 6" ANSI 150 # carbon steel pipe. It was installed some years ago and was grandfathered in. They know the line leaks...
