For those of you who have utilized reclosers and various control platforms they can be paired them with- what exactly is configurable logic? How have you taken advantage of it? Is it worth it?

At 15.5kv S&C's IntelliRupter is rated at 16000 Short-circuit breaking and symmetrical. Has anyone figured out the best application or how to utilize S&Cs IntelliRupter? If used before, how well does it coordinate?
