    Convert a .dwg or pdf file into a .gp4

    I am trying to convert a dwg or pdf into a .gp4 file. It came that way originally and I was able to pull it into CAD and make my changes but I need to send it back to the client as a .gp4 file. How do I do that? I've tried Scan2cad but it only saves the raster. The pdf will not open in paint...
