I understand how and why power factor correction is used, but what I'm not sure of is what effect if any would there be for over correction? (using a larger Capacitor load bank than is required)
I am trying to create a user interface (gui) that will display information that is being sent to a microcontroller.
I'm not clear on what language the interface should be coded in? I know that some languages are very resource intensive, but I don't know the who's who.
I was hoping to be able...
I need to find a flow meter that will allow me to program a low and high setpoint window, and turn on an output if the flow is not within the setpoint window.
The flow is quite small. Maybe about 3 CFM
The cycle time is about 15 seconds.
And did I mention that the flow to monitor is vacuum...
I would like to get a couple of prototype boards made up. Does anyone know of a place where I can get these knocked off for a reasonable price. The board is 3" x 3" single sided with about 150 holes
Hi all, I'm playing with a new toy this week.
I am looking for some small ultrasonic sensors.
the transcever or the emitter/reciever pairs can be remote to the control circuit (if it exists).
The specifics that i am looking for is:
analog or digital feedback
useable range of 0.25" to 60"...
I'm trying the charge a pack of lithium ion batteries, but all information that I can find thus far will only allow 1 or 2 cells in series at a time. Does anyone know of a curcuit that will allow 4 to 6 cells in serial?
I would like to connect a USB mouse to a microcontroller. Is the data transfer like a shift register where the all the data is sent in a specific number of bytes. Inside the packet each piece of info such as x pos. and y pos. are contained in a specific set of bits? This being said, is there...
How many different methods are there of controlling the fuel injectors?
I am tinkering with building a fuel injection system for a small 2 cyl. engine. I was thinking of using pulse width modulation (pwm) to control the injectors.
Is the the norm, or am I way off in right field here?
