Just looking for some experienced feedback. Have you ever heard of a 500 ton chiller running at an efficiency of .15kw/ton? And theoretically, under what conditions would this be possible?
Can anyone help me out with this one. I'm trying to maximize and quantify fan power consumption on a cooling tower. How does air flow correlate with Twb, pump power and cooling tower range (tin-tout).
The application is vsd on ct fans.
Can someone please help me. I'm stuck.
