Thank you both. I am awaiting a quote from PM bearings at the moment, they have said they'll customise the carrier and rail with dowel holes. The RTS-1525 part is similar to what I had been using so pending price and lead time I'll go with them. I was also in touch with NSK. Thanks for that guys

If you're still there Mike...... After modeling that Cam using the method you outlined I realized I left out an important factor, I have to use a flat follower and I think the current method is for a round follower??? You wouldn't happen to know what adjustments I need to make??? Emmet.
