    Hi fellas, what is your take on the kl=3.0 local pressure factor for roofs with pitch less than 10 degrees with longitudinal wind? Expanding on this, do you apply kl=3.0 for ALL LONGITUDINAL wind cases because roof pitch is always taken as zero (as per Cpe section of the code)? I know the code...
