i always locate the origin manually as when i do so i find it handier with mating in asseblies etc, always appears to happen with heavily filleted or slotted parts - other than this small glitch - the new tool is fantastic and has saved me loads of time.

thanks for your input but i still am having the same issue, i tried teaking what you said in the options but to no avail. this issue it only seems to happen with the more complex of shapes, usually those involving numerous fillets and tangent sketch entities.

though i am having problems with some of the parts i try to send, it seems to struggle with tangent edges and fillets. the fillets and tangent edges seem to go the opposite way than i have drawn them. has anoyone...
