You might want to try Haynes international. www.haynesintl.com They mainly specialized in special metals. I am pretty sure they make your size pipe. Wish I could help you but we are not making that size seamless yet.
Sounds like whomever you got your pipe from has a extrusion press. Pitting can come from improper heating or not enough pressure when extruding the billet.
I am in need of a cleaner for my ID lube we use richards apex t200 cpd. Its an extremely thick paste like material. Very hard clean and remove from metal. Any suggestions on cleaners. And has does anybody have any experiences using this lube.

Im cutting exotics steels. Such as Duplex, super duplex, 300 series SS, titanium and 625. These material are in pipe form that very in wall size. Im trying to get the most out of my blades and other cutting tools also.
I am cutting Inconel 625 O.D. 9.75. I have 94 cuts to make. I am out of Carbide so that leaves with bi metal. The blade although bi metal it is a very aggressive bi metal. Any suggestions on feeds and speeds.
