    Measuring curved panel thickness

    Hi guys, I'm having trouble measure the overall thickness of a panel. The panel is slightly contoured in two directions and i would like to know the the overall height of the panel if it was sitting on a ground plane. Kind of like measuring the height of a diner plate when its placed on a table.
