Thank you. I've never ventured into journals, I am using an NXOpen app (not written by me) to update the part with an expressions file and write out the new expressions file. Perhaps this app (only visible as a bunch of .dll files to me) can be edited to do what I'm asking.
Else my work around...
I want to Export expressions in NX1975. I have some expressions that are driven by formula, the export gives me the formula not the value. Is it possible to change this?
Simple example I currently get this;
p20 = 50
p30 = 5
p40 =p20 / p30
I want the expression file to show p40= 10.

Subject tells it all really! I have a solid which is created with Knowledge Fusion (its an extrusion of a profile created by manipulating some inputs into a User interface). I'd like to set the transparency of that solid within the Knowledge Fusion module but I can't seem to find a...
I'm looking to do something similar, but can't find the transparency function in KF. I can't see anything in ug_body which is what i use to set colour to objects that have been created by KF.
