I need around 225 Brinell and 860 Mpa tensile(B7), but according to tables on A370 it doesnt look possible.
In other way, table says these values are "approximate" and note indicates that values can be changed according to manufacturing...
If your vessel contains a Group 2 liquid (with pD lower than 0.5 bar), with the values you provided (2 bar and 500 liters) in falls into sound engineering practice category.
Thus, PED is not applicable.
