In 8.5 User created Favorites are stored in the NX user profile which is usually in C:\Users\<user_id>\AppData\Local\Unigraphics Solutions\NX85 in a directory called "Favorites". You can deleted any User favourites from this directory. I haven't tried it on NX9 yet, but imagine...

John, you are correct, it was the toolbar controls that I noticed had been removed. Thanks for the confirmation. I understand the need to evolve the interface, but I don't look forward to telling our engineers that these toolbars no longer exist, as a LOT of them use...
