I am trying to show that two parts with semi-circles come together where the semi-circles are concentric and the profile of the semi-circles matches each other (same diameter). The semi-circles do not have the same arc-length, however and the parts themselves are different overall sizes...

This is an issue that doesn't seem to easily show what the cause is, and from my experiences with VAR support, many cases like these usually end up not getting solved... (at least for me). Not trying to put any VAR down, but I am quite capable with the computer and if I can't understand...

Looking for additional help. Usually I can solve most issues on my own before VAR is able to get SW involved and ready to delve into the problem.

The error first occurred when I was editing the drawing file.
An error about that particular file’s auto-recovery file was showing up every time I tried to save or tried to edit the properties of an object.
Along with the auto-recovery file error, Another error followed it stating...
I remember someone telling me that I can't use design tables and modify configurations at the same time or something along those lines???
But the main reason why I cannot use design tables is because I am doing CAD Automation and Automation + design tables don't get along.
The problem feature is the notching at the end of the parts.
That notching is governed by one feature being suppressed and unsuppressed.

I have tried changing configurations and it works correctly. That was one of the first things I tried to find out what the issue was but it does not solve my issue.
Changing from default to another config shows the configuration i am switching to correctly (with notches).
