I would like to export all parts in a large assembly (with sub-assemblies) into individual component STEP files within NX 7.5.

I finally solved it myself!
It is all about tolerances (or a line which is partly intersecting instead of connecting the other line).
By using an even smaller tolerance (I used 0.001), it seemed to work together with 'extract' on the divided faces.
