The joint pressure thrust is about 1100N i have asked an expert and he says that this force shall be taken by pumps anchor bolts. axial movement has been stopped by a support just before the expansion joint. The expansion joint size is 5" and the pressure is 6bar.

ASME B36.19 is not a design code you shall specify in wich service you will use this pipe to chose the appropriate design code (like ASME B31.3 or B31.1...)
The firefighting network is not under pressure when the pump is not working ( we didn't have jockey pump, hydrophore...)I think that we can use gate valve as a a slow closing valve.I have found this product but i don't think that it is suitable in this application...
