Are you aware of the catalog in Catia which shows some standard bolt, nuts, washers, screws, etc. in several specifiications? You might also want to check with your Catia subscriber and ask if they have a catalog add on for your specific specifications such as NAS, MS and so on.

I have a machining issue going on. The surface being supplied to our 3/5 Axis department looks like picture 1 and is coming out of Catia V5 as an iges or step file yet after machining the surface doesn't look the same see picture 2.
