Actually i solved it by simply ,restarting NX and re-tick the assemblies at Start icon.
Thanks anyway, seems to be bug on the file itself and not the program but other project could still add component.

In Modeling mode, in a assembly file, with assembly checked
When i try to add any component, it says
"none of the selected parts can be added as component.
An object was found null or forbidden."
previously i had no problem adding.
Program version: NX8.

Hi,
Im using NX8.
Some sides of my workpart(single), is translucent, however my option in general graphic of disable transluency is checked.
Please advise, as i cant switch it back even with Ctrl J.
