    Hi Can any one tell me how can I rotate a component in Ansys. I could not rotate(say 45degrees about X-axis) an imported file(IGES).I could do it when i create any thing in Ansys. can any one help me

    Export model

    Save your model in IGES format(file name.igs).Most of the design softwares have interface with IGES files .so you can retrieve the file.
