I have experience 3+ yr in production field so which module of SAP should i prefer to learn ?

we are dealing with 4000cps to 15000cps viscous fluid( surface active agent), using GEAR pumps.
but facing problem at rubber seal leakage.
IS LOBE pumps better for above mentioned fluids??
We r using GEAR pumps for viscous+foaming material... e.g- cocobetaine or surface active agents.
Which pump best in performance for above mentioned criteria??
And Y ?
we r facing leakage problem with gear pump .
As i already said , lack of flow measurement and temp measurement device....
Heat exchanger oil in at 220C and out at 205C tentative.
but when temp goes down this temp difference become smaller and at 120C ( HX in temp) the output temp is 108 or 107C.
And one more thing we also have Chloro Sulphuric Acid reaction which is incompatible with Water, metals, acids, bases, alcohols, amines,
metals and plastics.
Which type of pump is suitable for it ?? Teflon is workable ??
We transport it by vacuum, is any other way to discharge it??

In our plant designed not by engineer so it's very difficult to know all parameters.
That's why i lagging to calculate Heat capacity and all balances.

Pl find attached oil circulation diagram.
When both valves are closed oil is use for heating( upto 230C) purpose and when valves are open oil is used for cooling( upto 80C) purpose.
Problem is, we have to reduce temp 230C to 80C of reactor in cooling operation but it took 5hrs to drop down...
Chloro Sulfuric Acid reacts violently with water to yield sulfuric acid and HCl.
Need suggestion if anyone have chloro tank or process... what should precaution or idea to avoid chloro contact in leakage ??
Or whatever information about secure chloro tank?

I have very simple problem of Heat exchange but due to insufficient info at my work place i wouldn't find result.
I know the formulas etc but dint know the flow rate etc(for oil circulation we use 3 HP pump , 0.75" dia pipe, 10m Head).

We have thermic fluid heater of 1,00,000 kcal/hr capacity. Which is use for batch reactor to rise temperature.
when reaction is over at temp 230C then heated oil start flowing through HE which cool down reduce oil temp upto 70C.
from above case i have to ask " Flow rate of oil pump and flow...

2) I know the suction temp of cooling tower water (30C), any guess ( near about) how much max temperature of water at suction side ??
Just need near about value....
In our factory workers are uneducated, so we need very simple arrangement so we can do our BATCH process in exact weight proportional.
i.e in 1 ton reactor if we have to feed 500 kg or 500 liter of water , which type of arrangement or flow transmitter ll help us ???

i need info about flow meter.... which has future of measuring mass of fluid required ....
e.g. if i need batch of 100kg fluid, then on flow meter i will set 100kg . that much liquid should discharge by pump.

Does anyone have info about flow meter which have input "WHAT VOLUME WE NEED TO FEED IN BATCH REACTOR " ???
e.g. i need 100kg or 100m3 is set point on meter , after feeding fluid supply pump auto stop.
