Actually, you don't need to define shear modulus. For linear isotropic elastic materials, only two elastic parameters is enough.
You can define your coefficient of thermal expansion in Mechanical -> Expansion.

As I see, you have problems in the contacts between surface. Try to use the "Translate to" tool in Assembly part and put Clearance 0. So this way, you will be sure that the gap is 0.
