How do I set file location ACAD LT2000?

Rememberfolders was not a valid command, could it be that I am using acad LT and you are using the full version of autocad? The "start in" folder is a box on the properties window under the shortcut tab. Tom, Thanks for your continued advice on this.

Arrester selection for system with neutral grounding resistor

Normally our 13kV wye systems are solidly grounded. But a customer has asked for a 400 amp 10 second NGR. I think I need to change from a L-N rated arrester to L-L. Is there an IEEE paper that confirms this? Is it it the IEEE Green Book? What are the drawbacks to using the higher rated arrester?

Cost Reduction by Adding HRG Units

Fault detection equipment does not need to be added at all, it only makes fault location easier. There are many ways to assist in fault location starting with the origional ground lights and improving to the pulsing fault locators built into the high resistance grounding system. Also high...

    Busbar Drilling

If you drill a hole in the buss bar and do not use it, it reduces the cross sectional area which lowers the current capacity linearly. However, in a copper buss bar the thermal conductions is very good and the heat is dissipated upstream and downstream from the hole which greatly mitigates this...

    Resistors in rotor-circuit

The resistors that remain in the motor circuit are refered to as permanent slip resistors. The resistance is not intended to contain the maximum conveyor speed, this would have been done in the speed reducer ratio. I think this is a designed installation, not a modification to use surplus or...
