    SIZING TSV

    Guys, In this time I have a question about sizing a TSV. We have a 3.5 km of pipeline of MGO (22" diameter), API 521 shows the use of a TSV of 3/4" x 1", but I dont think that´s a good idea. Anybody here who has had this kind of cases? or What would be the way to size the TSV in this case...

    What if water gets into our engine?

    Hi dear friends, I hope you can help me in this situation. My company has a fire pump where his driver is a diesel engine, the problem is that the rain water gets into our engine for the muffler. We don´t start the engine because we don't know what consecuences could happen.

    thanks for your answers, I am designing a piping, I've read the ASME B31.4, I need the diameter and I have the flow (GPM), I suppose exist a rate of velocity for diesel, gasoline or hidrocarbons in general. Could you tell me where I find that?
