    Output profiles/elements summary for weights

I went around looking for a way to plot a table with all the lengths of frame members. If you could have profile weights there, so much the better. Anybody holds a clue to that? It seems ridiculous a software like sap2000 would have the option in a tick!

Disperse loads using dummy area elements?

And by the way when I put in 0 the results were all wrong, I even got wrong reactions in the supports!

Disperse loads using dummy area elements?

So I figured, but when I did I put in the bending modifiers as 0, do you suggest small as in, what, 0.001 say?

Disperse loads using dummy area elements?

I'm looking for a sound way to do this. In case I want to model steel purlins but don't want to model the decking itself, and still I want the load to be dispersed as an area load between purlins (I.e. through a non rigid surface) I tried tinkering with the modifiers but it was not it, sometimes...

Can I create different area edge constraints on sap2000?

Hi, someone knows if there is a way to release the edges of an area element the way you might do with a frame element? I want it to be bound to a beam without transfering any moment as if pinned.
