In my current Project, I am building a new food process tower (56' high) adjacent to existing structure on two side ( one side 30 ft and other side 35 ft high). The occupancy category is F-1 Based on Sec 302 from IBC.
Maximum Occupancy in the building is 3 people ( As it is food process)...
